I have a Masters in Computer Applications and am a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, System Engineer and Trainer. I have 14 years of experience in the IT industry, including 6 years working with MS Dynamics CRM including Dynamics 365.
I have extensive experience of analysing, designing and implementing systems of varying complexity; different business processes in various industry sectors.
I have worked on a number of projects implanting Dynamics 365, Microsoft CRM 2016, 2015, 2013, 2011 and 4.0 in the accounting, manufacturing, Mortgage, Retail, Government, Aviation, Financial services and Education sectors.
My roles have included working as a CRM Consultant, Developer, Business Analyst, Team Leader and Information Scientist.
